The Job Readiness Program is a career assessment program which focuses on all aspects of your job search and employment opportunities. The primary goal of the program is to provide job readiness through workshops and individual coaching sessions that can enhance your ability to gain employment and put you on the path to job fulfillment.

The Job Readiness Program covers the following topics:

  • Career Interests Assessment – Discover your strengths by assessing your interests in order to guide you towards a path that aligns with your aspirations.
  • Resumé Writing – Create impactful resumés that stand out in a competitive job market by highlighting your unique strengths and experiences.
  • Job Search Strategies – Master the use of job search tools and strategies to effectively locate employment opportunities in your desired field.
  • Interviewing Skills – Improve your interviewing skills and ensure that you present yourself confidently and professionally during job interviews.
  • Workplace Etiquette – Develop an understanding of workplace norms and etiquette by fostering a professional presence that contributes to your success in any work environment.

The Personal Foundation Program is a 12-part series that will help you create the awareness needed to make powerful choices in your life. From this awareness, you can align your actions with your life’s purpose and values.

  • Eliminate Tolerations Tolerations are things in your life that often distract you from what is most important; by eliminating tolerations you redirect more energy to focus on what is vitally important.
  • Create Daily Habits – Creating daily habits helps you remain focused, clear, and motivated to live your best life.
  • Restore Your Integrity – Integrity refers to how your personal value system is structured and whether it works easily and effortlessly for you, or with great struggle; without integrity you operate less effectively.  
  • Extend Your Boundaries – Boundaries help you define who you are and who you are not; you extend your boundaries by gaining awareness and the courage to make better decisions in your life.
  • Choose Your Work – Your life’s work is often a combination of your key values; it contributes to you living your best life.
